Level Twelve Salon prides itself with expert customer care and service.  With our upheld policies, we seek to ensure an elite salon experience for our clients and responsible care for our stylists. Service Adjustment Policy If, for any reason, your expectations are not met with your hair treatment, we invite you back within 48 hours of service for a complimentary adjustment. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an appointment, Level Twelve Salon requires a 24-hour notice. To avoid a 50% cancellation service fee, please call at least 24 hours before your appointment during business hours. Credit Card Policy In support of our cancellation policy, Level Twelve Salon requires a credit card on file for all new clients. The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation or you miss your appointment.  At the time of a missed appointment, you will be notified of any charges received. Unattended Children To ensure thorough relaxation for our clients, we request that children under 12 be attended or absent from the salon. Gratuity Gratuity is appreciated. Unfortunately, we can only accept tips in either cash or as personal checks made out to the stylists directly. All team members have their own envelopes located at the front desk. Alcohol Level Twelve Salon provides an array of refreshments including wines, sodas and snacks. No outside alcohol is to be brought into the salon at any time, and no provided alcohol is to be removed from the salon at any time.
